What Are Resell Rights (or Resale Rights)?

Resell Rights or Resale Rights are a set of rights that basically let you sell other people’s product and keep 100% the profit.

Each product has different set of resell rights. That’s for sure, so you really want to make sure what kind of rights you are getting when you purchase one.

Commonly, there are these restrictions:

1. Modifying the product

Obviously, you can only resell the product. You may not modify the product whatsoever.

2. Pricing

Some product creators only allow you to resell their product at price above $xx. Make sure you follow this, otherwise it will hurt other resellers and YOURSELF.

3. Place to sell

Most of high-quality products are not allowed to be sold at eBay because it could drop the perceive d value or brand value of the product.

4. Non-editable sales letter

Sometimes you cannot edit the sales letter and most likely you must let the product creator’s name intact at the salesletter. However, usually they allow you to add your name at the salesletter.

5. Bonus addition

You are usually allowed to add your own bonuses when selling the product. If you are, then do it because this what will distinguish your offer from other resellers. However, you must be careful not to over-shadow the original product with your bonuses. Most product creators do not allow you to do such modification.
